The "Boogie Man"
Doug Dunphie
I dedicate this page to Doug Dunphy, and his crew Skip Berger, and Jim "Monsignor" Restelli.
These guys built and campaigned the original "Boogie Man Altered over the last few years.
Doug had the misfortune of having the car vandalized late in 2008, when his trailer was broken into and the top of the Motor (Heads, Intake, Blower, Injector, pumps and all lines), wheels, all his tools and safety equipment was stolen, and many parts literally ripped from the car. Extensive searching by the Mid West racing community failed to find the missing parts, and in June we heard Doug had decided to sell the car and we became the lucky new owners.

Thank you all for your skill and dedication to quality... You built a very beautiful, safe car....
